Locally owned and operated, Home Care Solutions, LLC, represents the evolution of specialty elder care services created by geriatric health professionals. Dianne Boazman and Betty Landreaux, both Master’s level Social Workers, founded Care Management Solutions in 1991, providing Geriatric Care Management and guardianship services. The company specialized in assessment, family consultation and tailored care for the elderly and disabled individuals. In 2001, Boazman and Landreaux expanded their offerings to provide non-medical sitter/companion services with a expertise in caring for those with Alzheimer disease or other dementials.  

When you choose to work with Home Care Solutions, you are working with credentialed professionals with the expertise to ensure the highest quality care, ethical standards and professionals.

In addition to the directors, the Home Care Solutions team includes more than 150 caregivers as well as Care Coordinators Rochelle Ajubita, RN, Michelle Muller, RN and Mary Chollette; Director of Operations Charlene Mauterer; Staffing Coordinators Loretta Presley and Darlene Picone; Caregiver Educator Charlene Green; Marketing Representative Jennifer Brammell; Administrative Assistant Shelley Smith; and Financial Services Margaret Gravolet.

Dianne holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Tulane University, and has more than 25 years of experience in health care, Geriatric Care Management, Alzheimer care and hospice. Dianne is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Care Manager. Past-president and board member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, Dianne is sought after as a speaker and consultant. She serves on the board of directors of the Rotary Club of New Orleans, as well as other local boards of community organizations.
Betty Bartels Landreaux

Director
Betty holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and has more than 30 years experience in health care, including Geriatric Care Management, Alzheimer care, court-appointed guardianship and neurological rehabilitation. Betty is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Care Manager and National Certified Guardian. Betty is active in numerous local and national elder care organizations and boards.
