As hospital Social Workers for many years, Dianne C. McGraw and Betty B. Tedesco saw first-hand the fragmentation of health services and gaps in needed community resources, resulting in frustration for families and many unmet needs felt by their loved ones. Together they established Care Management Solutions in 1991 with a vision of quality services and dignified care for elderly persons and their families in the New Orleans area. With the addition of in home sitter companion services, our name was changed to Home Care Solutions in 2001. Betty Tedesco retired in 2016.

Dianne C. McGraw, LCSW, CMC  is part of a growing organization of professional Aging Life Care Managers with similar goals and values. The Aging Life Care Association™ formerly, The National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers, was founded in 1986 by a cutting-edge group of clinical social workers, nurses and gerontologists who shared a mission of promoting high quality, individually-tailored care for the elderly. Dianne is an active members of this national association and is Care Manager Certified (CMC), representing a standard of excellence in the profession and adherence to the Aging Life Care Association code of ethics. She has made significant contributions to ALCA (formaleyNAPGCM) over the years, Dianne has been on a national level and in a regional chapter. Dianne currently serves on its national board of directors as president of ALCA.

As the company has evolved over the years, services have expanded in response to requests from professionals, as well as the changing needs of client families. Personalized consultation and recommendations to families remain the cornerstone of the company’s care management service. Home Care Solutions also offers Bill Manager services to assist clients needing support with bookkeeping and bill payments.
