In addition to this, our caregivers receive training specific to client needs, for example special dietary or mobility concerns.
Along with our primary goals of client safety, we want to keep our clients mentally and physically stimulated and functioning for as long as possible. By closely collaborating with the family, we are able to create an individualized care program designed to enhance the quality of life of the person with Alzheimer’s disease. We select caregivers who have the compassion, communication skills and commitment to give this level of care.

Home Care Solutions’ comprehensive delivery of services assures a level of caregiver support and supervision unique to this industry. We provide ongoing caregiver training by nurses and social workers, as well as 24-hour on-call backup.
Before your caregiver is assigned, an in-home assessment is conducted by one of our professional Care Coordinators to understand the client’s needs and to assure a personalized match. Our Coordinators make regularly scheduled client visits to supervise caregivers, monitor each assignment and continually assess the client’s changing needs.
Additional caregiver support and training are provided as a value service to assure quality care for even the most challenging situations.
